Common questions
Is this really not a subscription?+
Yes. You pay once for a full year of Pro access. When the year ends, your account goes back to Free — nothing is charged automatically. You renew only when you decide to.
What happens when Pro expires?+
Your account switches to Free. You get a 14-day grace period — your CVs stay public and you keep all Pro features while you decide whether to renew. After that, extra CVs are hidden (not deleted) and your custom URL is released.
What's the difference between Annual and 3 Years?+
Annual (€35) covers one full year. 3 Years (€79) is one payment covering 36 months — you save €26 compared to paying annually. If you're performing regularly, it's the better deal.
Can I extend my plan before it expires?+
Yes. If you already have an active Pro plan, any new purchase stacks on top — your new period starts from your current expiry date. For example, if your plan expires in December 2026 and you buy Annual now, you're covered until December 2027. Nothing is lost.
Can I try Pro before paying?+
Yes — every new account can activate a 14-day free Pro trial from the dashboard. No card required.
What is the Verified badge?+
Pro users can request a Verified badge from their dashboard. Our team manually reviews your CV, social media, work history, and documents (passport for solo artists, company registration for groups), then schedules a short video call. Once all checks are complete, your Verified badge goes live on your public profile — giving bookers confidence you're a real, working professional.
What if I need to delete my account?+
You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings. GDPR-compliant.
